Website terms of use

Last updated: 6 April 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website Revivelyregener.world (the “Site”), operated from Ireland. By using the Site you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, including where relevant the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the Electronic Commerce Act 2000, and other applicable statutes. Certain mandatory consumer protections that apply to you as a “consumer” under EU or Irish law remain unaffected.

1. Nature of the service and legal information

The Site publishes general lifestyle information about rest rhythms and workplace organisation. It is an “information society service” for the purposes of the Electronic Commerce Act 2000 and the EU eCommerce Directive (2000/31/EC) as transposed into Irish law.

The Site does not provide tailored legal, medical, financial, psychological, occupational-health, or human-resources advice. Content is for general information only. You remain solely responsible for decisions you take in your own circumstances. If you need personalised advice, consult a qualified professional registered or recognised in your jurisdiction.

Operator details: Revivelyregener.world — 2 Small Crane, Sea Rd, Galway, H91 PYD9, Ireland — email service@revivelyregener.world — phone +353 87 770 4187. Commercial register or VAT identifiers, if applicable to our operations, may be supplied on request.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Without limitation, you must not:

  • introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe systems, or interfere with security or availability;
  • scrape, harvest, or automate access beyond what is permitted for ordinary browsing and good-faith search-engine indexing;
  • misuse our contact forms or email for spam, fraud, harassment, threats, or unlawful content;
  • infringe others’ rights (including intellectual property, privacy, and defamation law), or use the Site to plan or encourage unlawful acts;
  • misrepresent your identity in a way likely to cause harm or to evade enforcement of these terms.

We may suspend access, remove content you submit, block addresses, and cooperate with the Garda Síochána, regulators, or courts where serious wrongdoing is suspected, subject to applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and related rights in the Site’s original text selection, layout, graphics, and branding vest in us or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (Ireland) and international treaties.

You may view and temporarily cache pages for private, non-commercial use. Any further reproduction (copying, republication, distribution, adaptation) requires our prior written consent except where permitted exceptions apply—for example fair dealing for quotation, criticism, review, or news reporting under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000—provided you supply proper attribution and a link to the source page where practicable.

“Revivelyregener.world” and associated trade identity may not be used as trade marks, metatags, or business identifiers in a manner likely to cause confusion, without permission. Third-party materials (fonts, stock images, embedded maps) remain subject to their own licences.

4. Privacy and communications

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and Cookie policy, which comply with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland) where we act as controller.

If you email us or use forms, you must not include unnecessary special-category or confidential third-party data. Communications may be monitored for security, quality, and legal compliance where permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that content is complete, current, or free from inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise) for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Irish and EU consumer rights: if you qualify as a consumer, certain exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and related instruments. Nothing in these terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under binding Irish or EU law, or (iv) gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such limitation is void.

If liability is not excluded but is cap-able, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site in any twelve-month period is limited to €100 or the minimum amount permitted to be capped under mandatory law, whichever is greater—except where the foregoing carve-outs apply.

6. Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would move the dispute to another country’s substantive law, except where mandatory EU or national consumer rules provide otherwise.

Jurisdiction. Subject to mandatory provisions (including Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (“Brussels I bis”) on jurisdiction in consumer contracts), you agree that the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes arising from these terms or the Site. As a consumer domiciled in the EU or EEA you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country where Brussels I bis so permits.

EU online dispute resolution. The European Commission operates an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We are not obliged to use any particular ADR body but will consider good-faith requests to resolve issues before litigation.

Please contact us first at the email below; many concerns can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.

7. Changes, severability, and contact

We may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will change; significant changes may be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where applicable law allows.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the maximum extent possible.
